Ives Dairy Self storge is a 74,000 square foot self storage facility located in Northeast Dade.  The facility was purchased in 2000, renovated, and now operates with over 25 different sizes.  The property is scheduled for further construction in the near future to cater to the needs of the growing trade area.

December 2021,partners purchased this asset off market, contains 37 small bay warehouses.  Plans include renovation and repositioning of the asset to better accommodate a broad range of tenants.

In 2012,Peter and Robert purchased a single free-standing building, renovated, and leased to a day care tenant.

In 2020, the purchase of a 5200 square foot retail building in Springfield area of Jacksonville.  The up-and-coming area and short term leases allow ownership to create value in the near term.
